They decided to give each of massages, or gassage as Peyton calls it, on the opposite side of my bed while I was folding laundry.

  Not sure why she is gassaging his stomach. 

They are strange little people!

How sad is it that my camera is even nearby when I'm folding laundry?

Peyton was with me today while I was taking pictures

of two little boys sitting inside of this pumpkin.

When we were finished taking their pictures,

she asked me if she could get in the pumpkin.

I didn't know if she would fit or not, but we gave it a try.

As you can see, she fit!

I must say, she enjoyed the pumpkin a

whole LOT more than the little boys did!

During our visit to North Carolina we took a little trip to the

Apple Festival in Hendersonville.

Cooper and Peyton got to ride a few little rides. 

Cooper obviously wasn't thrilled about this one.

He was a little more excited about riding the swings.

Then we decided to grab some lunch and something cold to drink.  It was soooooo hot.  We were melting.  We were lucky to find a piece of sidewalk in the shade to eat lunch.

The cold lemonade tasted delicious on a hot summer day.

It was a short lived little trip to the festival. 

The kids just aren't really fesitval kind of kids.

Over the Labor Day weekend we visited Dennis & Drew in North Carolina.

Daddy continued his Saturday morning ritual of chocolate donuts for his baby girl.

He has a direct line to her heart with those Saturday morning treats.

Peyton and her baby were both very happy to see Daddy.
